Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to interviewing and selecting the best-suited individuals for open positions.
Create, implement, and manage HR policies, programs, and procedures that align with company objectives and labor laws.
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including managing salary reviews, health insurance, and retirement plans.
Act as a liaison between management and employees, mediating disputes, managing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment.
Identify training needs, organize workshops, and facilitate employee career development to enhance skills and performance.
Stay updated on federal, state, and local labor laws and ensure the organization adheres to all relevant regulations and standards.
Consult with executives on strategic human resource planning to anticipate future workforce needs and align HR initiatives with business goals.
Support the employee performance review process, providing guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Strong verbal and written skills for drafting policies, communicating with stakeholders, and delivering presentations.
Ability to work with people at all levels, manage teams, build trust, and foster positive relationships.
Proven ability to mediate disputes and resolve conflicts effectively.
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
A comprehensive understanding of current employment laws, regulations, and human resources best practices.
Ability to analyse data, identify issues, and develop practical solutions to human resources challenges.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
5+ years of experience in HR, or often in roles like HR Generalist or Specialist.
Experience in leading HR professionals or managing HR teams can be a critical requirement for managerial roles.
