We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager who can lead training, elevate employee performance, and champion a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the kind of person who :
- Leads the full training cycle from needs analysis to design, facilitation, and evaluation.
- Builds and delivers soft-skills, compliance, onboarding, and capability programs across the company.
- Owns our two-week onboarding experience for all internal hires, introducing them to our business model, systems, and culture.
- Designs role-based learning paths and maintains accuracy within our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Tracks training attendance, completion, and impact through data, surveys, and dashboards.
- Sources, manages, and evaluates external vendors for specialized training programs.
- Drives learning engagement through awareness campaigns, surveys, and internal communication.
- Supports department heads by identifying performance gaps and turning them into actionable learning opportunities.
- Ensures learning metrics, reports, and evaluations are completed accurately and on schedule.

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with :
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Education, Communications, or similar.3 to 5 years of L&D experience — ideally in BPO, shared services, or a high-growth environment.Strong skills in training design, facilitation, and instructional development.Experience managing an LMS (Talent Insights or similar).Great communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.A creative and data-driven approach to building learning programs.Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.Benefits
