Director of Safety, Quality & Compliance

Rishworth Aviation are looking for an experienced Director in Safety, Quality & Compliance for a Part 145 MRO. This executive leadership role is accountable for ensuring that maintenance operations and engineering support functions consistently meet both local and international aviation safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.

Primarily supports line maintenance services for local and regional airlines operating the A330 fleet . A competitive and well-rounded remuneration package will be offered to successful candidates.

Job Responsibilities

• Define and execute the safety, quality, and compliance strategy aligned with operational and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the Safety and Quality Management Systems (SQMS), ensuring integration with business processes and regulatory frameworks
• Safety Oversight and Incident Management.
• Ensure conformance with approved Maintenance Control Manuals (MCM), Engineering Manuals, and vendor management standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Training departments to ensure safety and quality standards are embedded in daily practices.
