The Facilities Engineer manage the day to day operations of the building for commercial, office and / or residential. Ensure that all building equipment and facilities are 100% in good working condition by implementing timely and consistent preventive maintenance programs.
- Oversee implementation of effective and consistent building / equipment PM programs
- Assist the Building Manager in monitoring all safety programs to ensure the safety of residents and property
- Assist Building Manager in complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Oversee all engineering and technical concerns of the project
- Implement Energy- conservation and cost-savings measures while monitoring utility consumption of common areas

Licensed Electrical EngineeringWith at least 2-3 years relevant experience in Building Maintenance of retail or mix-used commercial centerBasic accounting skills, can forecast budget and monitor expendituresTechnical skills in design and installationKnowledge in construction / maintenanceCustomer orientationStrategic Thinking and Analytical SkillsNegotiating skillsGood both oral and written communicationsWilling to work on Monday to SaturdayShifting schedules depending on project requirementsWilling to work in Il Corso, Cebu.
