This is a remote position.

Schedule :

  • Mondays to Wednesdays, 8 hours with 1-hour break
  • Client timezone : UK

Job Description :

You’ll be the essential support backbone for thousands of customers attending cutting-edge drone entertainment events that are revolutionizing outdoor family experiences. This email-focused role puts you at the center of a rapidly growing business where your customer service expertise directly impacts memorable moments for families across multiple countries. You’ll handle the unique challenges of weather-dependent entertainment while managing high-volume ticket operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email regarding ticket purchases and event details
  • Process ticket changes, refunds, and help customers locate purchased tickets through Eventbrite
  • Manage customer communications for weather-related event cancellations and rescheduling
  • Handle administrative tasks for events selling 5,000-10,000 tickets per location
  • Support operations across multiple UK venues with international expansion opportunities
  • Navigate weather-dependent business operations requiring flexible customer solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing team efforts to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Process refund requests within established guidelines and company policies
  • Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills for professional email-based customer service
  • Experience with ticketing platforms (Eventbrite experience strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to handle financial transactions like refunds with accuracy and responsibility
  • Comfortable learning and working across multiple software platforms simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented approach to managing high-volume customer inquiries and ticket sales
