Job descriptionKnowledge in machineries, automotive, agriculture is an advantage. Computer literate, knows how to use MS Office. Communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with sales performance metrics and tools Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, related field or other course which has relativity to business, sales and marketing
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Respond to customer inquiries (online and face-to-face) and close sales.
- Be knowledgeable in the products to conduct demo and answer inquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients before and after sales.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and competitors in the market.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to improve and adjust sales strategies.
- Provide good customer service and ensure customer satisfaction is high
QUALIFICATIONS :
With experience in online sales.
