Online Sales Associate

Job descriptionMinimum of 1–2 years experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or online order processing. Demonstrated ability to generate and engage B2B leads via Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, Viber, and Telegram. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with online retail tools and digital platforms. Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of inventory / order tracking systems is an advantage. Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Can start immediately
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and fulfill online orders, ensuring all customer and shipping details are complete and correct.
- Manage and regularly update product listings, pricing, and availability across online platforms.
- Provide responsive and professional customer support via Facebook, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, and other communication channels.
- Proactively reach out to potential B2B clients through Facebook, TikTok, and messaging apps to generate and convert leads.
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse / logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Support promotional efforts, including content preparation, messaging, and customer follow-up during campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance and report insights to management.
- Maintain sales records, track inquiries, and assist with administrative tasks related to online transactions.
