We are mass hiring Call Center Agents across our Metro Manila sites! Earn Up to 28K Monthly + 30K Sign-On Bonus. Open for applicants with NO BPO EXPERIENCE.
Job Responsibilities :
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining efficiency.
- When necessary, escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Recognize opportunities to retain customers by presenting alternative solutions, promoting special offers, or recommending service upgrades tailored to their needs.
- Follow all regulatory and company policies related to customer privacy, data security, and compliance requirements.
