The Loan Support Manager (LSM) plays a vital role in managing and supporting clients throughout the loan process from initial application through to settlement and post-settlement retention. This role ensures a seamless client experience, effective communication, and ongoing relationship management, while identifying new opportunities for business growth.
We’re looking for someone who has solid experience in the Australian mortgage industry, with a strong understanding of local lending processes, compliance requirements, and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Manages and oversees client management - application through submission, settlement, and retention.
The LSM is the main contact for the client.
The LSM tracks clients' files post settlement - client retention.
Identifies new opportunities and passes them back to BDM.
Qualifications & Experience :
Previous experience in loan processing, client management, or a similar role within financial services or mortgage.
Experience within the Australian mortgage industry is essential.
Knowledge of loan application processes and settlement procedures.
Proficiency in CRM systems and loan management software.
