Location : 100% Remote.

Schedule : Flexible / Shift-based (24 / 7 coverage, including weekends and holidays).

Compensation : $550-$700 per month.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle customer live chats with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
• Provide knowledgeable, solutions-oriented support for luxury jewelry products .
• Manage and document customer interactions using CRM systems .
• Collaborate with internal teams via Slack and Google Workspace (GSuite) .
• Maintain a strong brand voice and uphold our high service standards.
