Strong sales skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals. At least a high school grad 10 VL, 10 SL, 5 EL HMO Health Insurance avail on the 4th month (employee + 1 Free Dependent)

Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage potential clients, establish and nurture long-term relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide guidance and support to junior sales agents to enhance team performance.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, provide insights for improvement, and implement best practices to achieve optimal results.
- Work closely with other departments, including Customer Service and Reservations, to align sales strategies with company goals and address client needs.
