Job Responsibilities :

Handle inbound and / or outbound customer calls in a professional manner

Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests

Provide accurate information and effective solutions

Maintain good customer relationships by delivering quality service

Document call information and update records as needed

Qualifications :

At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (K-12)

Excellent communication skills in English

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Can work in a fast-paced environment

Amenable to onsite
