Qualifications
Open to High School / Senior High School / College graduates
With or without BPO experience (experience is an advantage)
Good English communication skills (oral & written)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism
Willing to work on-site at SM Clark Pampanga
Flexible to work on shifting schedules
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and / or outbound calls for Healthcare, Telco, or Financial accounts
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns
Assist clients with billing, account management, technical issues, or service inquiries
Document and update customer records in the system accurately
Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering quality service
Meet and exceed performance metrics (quality, attendance, productivity)
Follow company policies and adhere to standard operating procedures
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet account goals
