Influencer & Affiliate Coordinator (Sports Industry) - Work from home / Dayshift

In this role, you’ll lead influencer partnerships, manage affiliate programs, and coordinate PR initiatives to expand reach and engagement. • Identify, research, and engage with influencers (micro, macro, niche) who align with brand vision and selection criteria.
• Manage influencer outreach, follow-ups, and assist in negotiating and contracting campaigns within budget.
• Coordinate influencer sendouts including PR packages, gifting, campaign briefs, and deliverables.
• Create content briefs and ensure influencer / affiliate content adheres to brand tone, voice, visual guidelines, and product standards.
• Ensure compliance with FTC guidelines, brand safety requirements, and report risks when identified.
• Manage affiliate partnerships, including onboarding, communications, and relationship management.
• Equip affiliates with updated brand assets, product information, and promotional materials.
