We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Supervisor to manage and grow relationships with major clients and retail partners in the FMCG or non-food industry , based in Manila . This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, executing promotional plans, and ensuring excellent service to key accounts. The ideal candidate will lead a team and work closely with internal departments to support account needs and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations and performance of assigned key accounts (e.g., supermarkets, drugstores, retail chains).
- Lead a team of account specialists or merchandisers in executing trade plans and promotions.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor account performance, analyze sales reports, and develop action plans to meet targets.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery, billing, and execution of programs.
- Resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.At least 2–4 years of experience in key account management or sales supervision (preferably in FMCG or retail).Strong leadership, negotiation, and client servicing skills.Proficient in MS Office; knowledge in sales or ERP systems is a plus.Willing to travel or be field-based when needed.
