Customer Service Representatives (Voice / Technical Support)

Salary Offer : ₱28,000 – ₱28,500

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Clark site! Whether you have technical support experience or are just starting your BPO journey, we have an opportunity for you.

Available Roles

1. CSR – Technical Support (₱28,000)

Education : College / Associate’s degree in IT or related field (OK : at least 2 yrs undergrad in IT course)

Experience : Minimum 1 year in Technical Support (Hardware / Software) — not Telco

Technical skills :

Windows & Apple OS support

Basic AD / GPO management

MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project)

Typing speed : 35 WPM

Certifications in IT are a plus!

2. CSR – Voice (₱28,500)

Education : At least High School Graduate

No call center experience required!

Typing speed : 30 WPM, 85% accuracy

Strong communication skills (CEFR B1 / WriteX B2)
