Qualifications :

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Information Technology / Management or equivalent field

At least 5 years of work related experience in IT Technical Support Management with strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles and practices

At least 5-10 years of experience with Database Administration of Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle

Must have experience with data management and data processing flowcharting techniques

Must have knowledge in reporting and query tools and practices

Must have experience in troubleshooting and resolving database problems

Must have experience in Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools

Must have technical documentation skills
