Required Experience :
・Bachelor’s degree holder in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Food Technology, or related courses
・Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the flavors / fragrance, food ingredients, FMCG, or chemical industries.
・Proven success in client acquisition and account management
・Excellent communication and presentation skills
・Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
・Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
・Professional, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
・Knowledge of flavors, fragrances, or food ingredient industries
・Experience working with regional or international clients
・Familiarity with CRM systems or sales pipeline tools
・Multilingual ability (e.g., Japanese or other Asian languages) is a plus.
Responsibilities :

・Actively prospect and generate new leads

・Understand client business lifecycles to anticipate needs
・Draft and present compelling proposals
・Negotiate and close deals effectively
・Assess technical and business requirements thoroughly
・Communicate complex solutions clearly to clients
・Maintain and grow existing accounts
・Coordinate with regional offices (PH, JP, SG, ID, TH)
・Use customer feedback to improve service and retention
・Analyze buying patterns and behavior
・Evaluate non-standard requests and resolve customer issues
・Provide post-sales technical support
・Contribute to ongoing process improvement and project milestones
・Prepare NPI and shipping instructions for the operations team
・Assist in addressing client issues (e.g., payment follow-up)
・Report directly to the General Manager
