Overview
The key role of General Manager Marketing is responsible for nationwide marketing, ATL, BTL, PR, Digital Marketing, events and all relevant activities. GM marketing responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies, plans, budgeting include monitoring execution and analyze the results. GM should be able to drive achievement of country business growth and profit objectives, aligned with the overall nationwide marketing strategy and directions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed
- Orchestrate the right brand strategy for each product and its positioning in the market
- Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company include the implementation with related team
- Plan and administer the company\'s Marketing budget and keep cost in control.
- Manage day to day activity with PR, press and marketing communications agencies
- Focus on the Branding principles and tactics through multimedia and advertisement.
- Responsible for PR, ATL, BTL, Digital Marketing team strategy and activities
- Orchestrate a concrete strategy, concept and creative of marketing assets for ATL, BTL, Digital and PR
- Responsible and manage events (car launches, trade show, brand related events, media test drive support / subsidy settlement)
- Coordinate on the nationwide award recognition and program
- Media coverage monitoring with PR team
- Spokesperson on marketing or PR related events and brand activation for the Philippines market
- Responsible on the strategy internal events - dealer workshop, seminars, marketing workshop, sport marketing event, sponsorship, etc.
- Monitoring CSR programs execute by local marketing team (Collecting progress, MOU, cost payment / settlement)
- Driving data-driven digital marketing programs include the use of digital media budget, social media contents and implementation with Digital marketing team
- Prepare reports to the management on marketing activities, plans and achievements in timely manner
- Provide leadership to the team to ensure they work efficiently and effectively
