Overview
We are looking for a results-driven General Manager with solid experience in the automotive industry to lead overall operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in automotive sales, after-sales, and service management, and be highly capable of managing cross-functional teams, dealer networks, and customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across sales, service, and parts departments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet revenue and operational goals.
- Lead the dealership or automotive business to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs such as sales performance, service turnaround time, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to maintain financial health.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and clients.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor department managers and staff to ensure productivity and high morale.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to boost brand visibility and sales.
Qualifications
