We deeply believe that bringing together a diversity of thoughts, expressions, and perspectives is key to building the best culture for equally diverse communities all over the world Design and produce high-quality 2D / 3D motion graphics, e.g. intro videos, ads, explainer videos, and product demos. Create marketing visuals such as social media posts, infographics, emails, presentations, digital banners, sales collateral, event materials, and event booth designs. Partner with the marketing team on campaign concepts and storytelling. Maintain and thoughtfully evolve brand guidelines to align with company growth. Contribute fresh, creative ideas during brainstorming and planning sessions. Contribute to UX / UI design for our website, landing pages, and insurance platform. Support website design updates in WordPress and create accompanying visuals. Develop website animations to enhance the user experience and elevate our digital presence. At least 2-3 years of experience in creating videos, motion graphics, or animation At least 1 year of experience in a creative or design agency Strong proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and InDesign Proficiency in Google Slides / Powerpoint Excellent attention to detail and ability to present ideas to the team Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Nice-to-Have : Understanding of UX / UI design principles and experience working with WordPress Fully remote Flexible leave International environment Competitive renumeration package Performance bonus Company activities and events Learning and development plan Remote work allowance
