Job Summary

and Responsibilities To be responsible for the efficiency of the Sales and Marketing Department to meet the highest expectation of the hotel in terms of sales, profitability, and image. - Establishes sales and marketing plan and budget to reflect the company’s and the hotel’s goals and objectives.- Follows, reviews and improves the Sales Performance Standards and Policies at all times.- Manages, coaches and plans effectively to motivate all sales personnel. Job Requirements

1. Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management or relevant discipline.

2. Minimum of 5 years sales experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a 5 star class environment.

3. Has excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.

4. Self motivated, results-oriented, resourceful and possesses leadership qualities

5. Has a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
