Your Role as Assistant Accountant

As an Assistant Accountant you’ll work closely with our client’s Operations Assistant and Financial Controller, owning the AP / AR, reconciliation, and finance admin functions. This is a hands-on role for someone with a process improvement mindset who loves accuracy and timely results. Your work will directly support smarter business decisions and smoother operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Manage finance emails and respond to queries
• Prepare AP drafts and process payments
• Extract AR reports and follow up on overdue invoices
• Raise invoices via Ariba, Legal Tracker, Serengetti, CounselGo, and Coupa

Reconciliations & Month-End

Finance Admin & Compliance
