Recruitment Coordinator

The Recruitment Staff is responsible in performing end-to-end sourcing and screening of

candidates for internal and external requirements of People Serve MPC. He / She is responsible in

developing and maintaining effective sourcing channels to ensure that there will be a reasonable amount

of active and passive pool of candidates that can be utilized within service level agreement. He / She

ensures that members meet all prerequisites to deployment. He / She is also in charge of maintaining

harmonious relationship with the counterparts assigned in clients.
