What you´ll do

• Analyze logistics performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Support planning and operations teams with actionable analytics and reporting tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and enhance supply chain efficiency
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate performance insights to stakeholders
• Assist in forecasting and capacity planning using historical data and predictive models
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across logistics systems and reports
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing analytical support and recommendations

What makes you a good fit

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Administration,

Engineering, Accounting or other relevant courses

Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience in Reporting

(especially for business performance, decision-making, planning, supplier

information, and purchasing); Preferably obtained from a Supply

Chain-related role or industry

Preferably with knowledge in Supply Chain Processes such as material

planning, inventory management, logistics, and customer service is

preferrable

Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Power BI

(front-end), Workspace, Scorecards and Microsoft Office Excel

required; Skills in VBA and Macros, SAP or other accounting system is

highly preferred

Strong team player with excellent attention to detail, analytical

thinking, and organizational skills; Having a background in Continuous Improvement

(e.g. Lean Six Sigma), Sustainability and Project Management is an

advantage

Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3 : 00 PM to 12 : 00 MN), and

report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
