About this Position
In the role of Logistics, Planning & Operations Analyst focused on Inventory and Planning Support, you will be at the heart of our supply chain operations, ensuring that product documentation is managed efficiently and accurately. This position is vital for maintaining seamless communication with suppliers and internal teams, facilitating timely information flow that supports critical decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of professionals and report to a senior manager, contributing to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. What you´ll do
- Manage product folders in the eFolder system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely release to suppliers
- Create and update product folders in SAP and eFolder, manage document uploads and resolve system or conversion issues
- Prepare, distribute and ensure timely delivery of reports while maintaining high data quality standards to support global supply chain decision making
- Collaborate with internal teams and global counterparts to maintain smooth operations and compliance
- Support supply chain-related projects, evaluate improvement opportunities, and contribute to operational excellence
- Ensure ISO documents and desktop procedures are up-to-date
- Handle other related tasks / duties that may be assigned by superior
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business / IT or Management-related coursesPreferably with a minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in Supply ChainKnowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint) is requiredIntermediate to Advanced knowledge in using Excel VBA; Power BI and SAP Scripting is a plusMust be proactive, analytical and possess strong stakeholder management and presentation skillsExcellent English communication skills, both oral and written, with strong attention to detailAmenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3 : 00 PM to 12 : 00 AM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, MakatiSome perks of joining Henkel
