As a Logistics Planning and Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain processes, ensuring that material management aligns seamlessly with our organization’s operational goals. Your expertise in generating insightful reports and managing purchase requisitions through ARIBA will help streamline procurement activities, driving efficiency and accuracy within the supply chain. Reporting directly to your supervisor, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert, providing critical analysis and support to your colleagues across departments. What you´ll do
Generate / update purchase
orders, scheduling agreements and operational reports
Create, update &
monitor ARIBA purchase requisitions / orders and ServiceNow (SNOW) requests
- Resolve Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) errors
Update hand-over dates
related to Supplier On-Time Delivery performance
Act as the point person or Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assisting colleagues in handling analysis, ad hoc requests, and resolving inquiries from counterpartsSupport to improve the accuracy, quality, and consistency of data; Conduct root cause analyses and implement continuous improvement initiativesHandle other related duties that may be assigned by superiorWhat makes you a good fit
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering / Business / ITMinimum of three (3) years relevant experience in Supply Chain Management Proven experience with order / data processing and analysisKnowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint) is requiredIntermediate to Advanced knowledge in using Excel VBA; Power BI and SAP Scripting is a plusAnalytical skills are required; Experience with Continuous Improvement or project management is preferredMust have good English communication skills and experience in handling multinational stakeholdersAmenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3 : 00 PM to 12 : 00 AM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, MakatiSome perks of joining Henkel
