The Marketing Operations Officer is responsible for supporting and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth, franchisee engagement, and customer acquisition within the food and beverage sector. This role ensures seamless coordination between the corporate marketing team, franchise partners, and external vendors to maintain consistent brand identity, optimize marketing campaigns, and enhance the overall customer experience across all franchise locations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with franchisees to ensure consistent implementation of national and local marketing initiatives.
- Manage the production and distribution of marketing collaterals, including menus, posters, digital materials, and in-store displays.
- Oversee marketing calendars to ensure timely execution of activities across multiple locations.
- Ensure that all franchise marketing activities align with brand standards and corporate guidelines.
- Support new store openings with marketing kits and pre-launch promotions.
- Compile and analyze franchise marketing strategy and improve store performance.
- Serve as the point of contact for franchisees regarding marketing initiatives, approvals, and brand compliance.
- Assists franchise partners with planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Organize marketing training or orientation sessions for franchise staff.
- Monitor online feedback, reviews, and social media interactions to support customer engagement and reputation management.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Experience : 2–4 years of marketing operations experience, preferably in the food and beverage or franchising industry.Strong understanding of brand marketing, campaign execution, and retail promotions.Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage relationships with franchisees and cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
