We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Head of Branding to lead the development and execution of our brand strategy in the Philippine market. This role is responsible for shaping a strong brand presence that resonates with local audiences while aligning with Casino Plus brand direction. The ideal candidate will have deep insights into the Philippine market, strong leadership and communication skills, and proven experience in building impactful brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement localized brand strategies to enhance brand recognition, reputation, and influence in the Philippine market.
- Analyze local market trends, user behavior, and competitive dynamics to refine brand positioning and messaging.
- Lead and manage integrated brand communication initiatives, including advertising, events, partnerships, and social media.
- Oversee the planning and execution of events or campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal departments (product, operations, marketing) and external partners to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze key brand performance indicators (KPIs) and user engagement metrics, optimizing branding efforts accordingly.
- Support product launches and service rollouts with brand‑aligned go‑to‑market plans.
- Serve as the brand’s local spokesperson when necessary and build relationships with local media and influencers.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of brand management experience, preferably with exposure to overseas or Southeast Asian markets—Philippine market experience is highly preferred.Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable marketing plans.Excellent collaboration and project management skills; experience managing cross‑functional teams and external vendors.Professional in English; proficiency in Tagalog or familiarity with Filipino cultural nuances is a plus.Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.Resilient, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.Seniority level
