Sales Head

About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Head to join our dynamic team at Fast Autoworld Philippines Corporation - Mitsubishi Motors'. As our Sales Head, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve ambitious targets and drive business growth. What you'll be doing

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

Manage, coach and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximise their performance

Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive informed decision‑making

Build strong relationships with customers and ensure exceptional customer service

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to optimise the sales process

Stay up-to‑date with industry trends, competitor activities and customer needs

Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and strategies

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales management experience in any industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high‑performing sales teams
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• Proficiency in data analysis and sales reporting
• Passion for the automotive industry and a customer‑centric approach
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• Willing to be assigned in our Marigondon, Lapu‑Lapu Branch.
