Job Requirements :
✨ bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human resource or any related
✨ with at least 5-8 year’s work experience in payroll Processing
✨ With at least 3-5 years of experience in supervisory
✨ Knowledgeable with Global payroll processing and SAP system
✨ Amenable to start as soon as possible is a plus
Job Responsibilities :
✨ Act as the escalation point and backup to the Associate Manager and other team leads
✨ Together with other leads, identify opportunities for improvement
✨ Conduct monthly coaching and performance feedback to direct reports
✨ End-to-end accountability for processes and transactions
✨ Scope of responsibilities include overseeing : Produce and Distribute Pay to employees’ bank accounts
