Chief Business Officer

Overview : Mantell Associates is partnered with a successful biotechnology organisation to find a Chief Business Officer for their leadership team.

  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive all business aspects of the company forward.
  • Provide senior leadership in business development to grow market share and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Lead strategic planning for growth and help establish the company’s business strategy and objectives.
  • Collaborate across functions to translate strategy into actionable plans and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in biotechnology or life sciences business development, strategy, or leadership roles.
  • Strong ability to work with the CEO and leadership team to drive growth and transformation.
  • Track record of establishing strategic partnerships and expanding market presence.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
