Marketing Strategist (AU Finance)

We’re helping a fast-growing brokerage in the finance and lending space find a Marketing Strategist to own and optimize their digital marketing ecosystem.

You’ll play a pivotal role in driving lead generation, building brand visibility, and automating client communications to help double loan settlement volumes over the next year.

Part-Time : ~20 hours / week (with potential to scale to full-time) Schedule : AEST hours  Location : Fully Remote Engagement : Independent Contractor Monthly Starting Rate :   USD 400-800 / month (based on a 20-hour workweek, depending on level of experience) What You’ll Do Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and lead generation Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM , including email workflows, segmentation, and client nurture sequences Design, run, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) for high-ROI lead generation Build and maintain a content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Create engaging social posts (2–3 per week) aligned with brand voice and strategy Design and manage landing pages for campaigns, ensuring strong conversion rates Implement referral and review systems to increase word-of-mouth and social proof Track performance, analyze results, and recommend new opportunities for growth What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in service-based or financial sectors Proven hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM & automation Solid track record managing Meta Ads for lead generation and ROI optimization Strong copywriting and content creation skills Ability to design graphics (Canva or similar) and manage landing pages Self-starter with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently Strong attention to detail and time management skills Nice-to-Haves Knowledge of the Australian finance or lending industry Experience with Infynity CRM or similar platforms Background in conversion optimization and A / B testing Recruitment Process Initial Interview Client Interview Offer & Onboarding Powered by JazzHR
