Senior Process Engineer

Overview : We’re seeking a highly experienced Process Engineer with a strong background across industries such as Food & Beverage, Technology, Manufacturing, and Logistics. This role is key in optimizing operations, eliminating inefficiencies, and leading continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end process mapping across business functions; document current processes and identify areas for improvement

Develop clear, concise, and compliant procedure documentation

Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies through data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and observation

Design and implement solutions to improve efficiency, quality, cost, and resource use

Collaborate with Operations, IT, Supply Chain, and other departments to align improvements

Establish and monitor KPIs; report progress to leadership

Promote a continuous improvement culture and mentor team members on methodologies

Create business cases for process changes, including cost-benefit and risk assessments

Stay updated on industry best practices, technologies, and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications & Skills :

5+ years of experience in process engineering or similar roles with a proven record of successful initiatives

Proficient in process mapping (SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping), professional documentation, and root cause analysis

Strong project management and multitasking capabilities

Lean Six Sigma certification (Green / Black Belt preferred)

Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills

Familiarity with ERP systems (Business Central, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

Exposure to automation tools (RPA, UiPath, N8N), AI applications, and restaurant systems

Experience in supply chain processes and conducting IT, cybersecurity, and operational audits

Skilled in Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS, Signavio, Excel, Minitab, Tableau

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s is a plus)
