Job description

Position Overview

The Finance and Admin Associate is responsible for handling payroll processing, government

contributions, tax compliance, and other finance-related tasks. This role ensures timely and

accurate preparation of statutory reports, employee compensation, and compliance with BIR, SSS,

PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll

  • Process payroll and ensure accurate salary disbursement via BPI online transfer or check (15th

and 30th of the month).

  • Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with withholding tax requirements (BIR
  • Form 1601-C).

    Government Contributions & Compliance

  • Prepare and remit monthly government contributions (PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, SSS).
  • Post contributions via eGov online platforms within prescribed deadlines.
  • Prepare and file BIR monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (1601-E, 1601-C, 1601-EQ,
  • 2550Q, 2316).

  • Prepare summary of sales and purchases for quarterly alphalist validation and email submission.
  • Prepare BIR Form 2307 (Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld at Source) quarterly.
  • Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate financial and payroll records for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Prepare statutory reports and transmittal's as required by government agencies.
  • Support yearly government compliance such as employee ITR (2316) and business permit
  • renewals.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in accounting, payroll, or related role (fresh graduates with strong
  • internship experience may also be considered).

  • Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, payroll processing, and government remittances.
  • Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with BIR eFPS / eBIRForms, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG eGov is
  • an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Work Schedule & Reporting Line

  • Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
  • Work Location : Quezon City Office
  • Reports to : General Manager
