Position Overview
The Finance and Admin Associate is responsible for handling payroll processing, government
contributions, tax compliance, and other finance-related tasks. This role ensures timely and
accurate preparation of statutory reports, employee compensation, and compliance with BIR, SSS,
PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll
- Process payroll and ensure accurate salary disbursement via BPI online transfer or check (15th
and 30th of the month).
Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with withholding tax requirements (BIRForm 1601-C).
Government Contributions & Compliance
Prepare and remit monthly government contributions (PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, SSS).Post contributions via eGov online platforms within prescribed deadlines.Prepare and file BIR monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (1601-E, 1601-C, 1601-EQ,2550Q, 2316).
Prepare summary of sales and purchases for quarterly alphalist validation and email submission.Prepare BIR Form 2307 (Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld at Source) quarterly.Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate financial and payroll records for compliance and audit purposes.Prepare statutory reports and transmittal's as required by government agencies.Support yearly government compliance such as employee ITR (2316) and business permitrenewals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.At least 1–2 years of experience in accounting, payroll, or related role (fresh graduates with stronginternship experience may also be considered).
Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, payroll processing, and government remittances.Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with BIR eFPS / eBIRForms, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG eGov isan advantage.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.Good organizational and time management skills.Work Schedule & Reporting Line
