Summary of Responsibilities
TECHNICAL SPECIALIST
SALES AND MARKETING HEAD
The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products by
building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities,
and ensuring a smooth and professional sales process. He / She represents the company in all
dealings with clients and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and pursue potential clients and sales leads through various legitimate sources.
2. Conduct regular client visits to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
3. Develop sales strategies and carry out sales activities within assigned areas.
4. Promote and sell company products at approved prices, terms, and conditions.
5. Generate and qualify sales leads to meet and exceed company targets.
6. Conduct regular sales calls and follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
7. Implement sales and marketing programs to support business growth.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Provide basic product guidance, after-sales support, and assistance to customers when
necessary.
10. Meet or exceed sales performance standards set by the company.
11. Submit timely and accurate sales reports and other required documentation.
12. Uphold professionalism and embody the company’s vision, mission, and core values in all
business activities.
13. Collaborate with the Research & Development team in exploring opportunities for new
products with clients.
14. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned for role development or business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Graduate of any of Food or Business-related course.
2. With at least 3-year(s) work experience in sales and promotion.
3. Exposure to food manufacturing is preferred.
4. Excellent in oral and written communication skills.
