Job description

What You’ll Do :

  • Engage with customers across Messenger, Instagram, and Viber — answering inquiries, guiding orders, and making every interaction feel special
  • Recommend cakes and cupcakes based on themes, occasions, and customer preferences
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and dispatch team to ensure smooth order flow and delivery
  • Track leads, follow up with potential clients, and help close custom orders
  • Represent the brand with warmth, wit, and professionalism — online and in person

What We’re Looking For :

  • Sales experience (F&B, bakeshop, or café background a plus!)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Social media–savvy (Messenger, IG, Viber)
  • Goal-driven, playful, and team-oriented
  • Willing to be trained and flexible with assignment (Quezon City)
  • Can start immediately
