Job description
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and related labor regulations (DOLE, NLRC, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
Familiarity with legal procedures, documentation, and contracts (employment contracts, notices, disciplinary actions, affidavits, etc.)
Understanding of HR policies and compliance requirements
Research skills for labor laws, jurisprudence, and company policies
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (for drafting HR / legal correspondences, notices, affidavits, contracts)
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and HRIS (if applicable)
Experience
Preferably 1–2 years experience in HR, legal assistance, or related field
Fresh graduates with internship experience in law firms, HR departments, or government agencies may also qualify
Core Competencies
Detail-oriented (to avoid compliance errors in HR / legal docs)
Confidentiality and integrity (handling sensitive employee and company information)
Time management (meeting deadlines for reports, hearings, or compliance filings)
Interpersonal skills (liaising with employees, government agencies, and legal counsel)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Optional / Preferred Qualifications
Paralegal certification (if available)
Familiarity with Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), labor cases, grievance handling
Knowledge in corporate compliance and government reportorial requirements
