This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner

Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions to customers

Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up on open issues

Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the management team

Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

What we're looking for

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds

Applicant with or without BPO experience are welcome to apply

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns

Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Commitment to providing high-quality customer service and a desire to continuously improve

Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
