Job Description

As a Senior Compliance Specialist , you’ll ensure alignment with BOI regulations by monitoring compliance, conducting audits, and advising on strategies. You'll manage documentation, lead reporting efforts, and coordinate with internal teams—serving as the key liaison for BOI matters. Precision, communication, and strategic thinking are essential.

Your Daily Tasks

Regulatory Compliance :

  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with BOI regulations and requirements
  • Staying updated with BOI guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Supporting the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies

Documentation and Reporting :

  • Preparing and submitting documentation and reports for BOI
  • Maintaining accurate records of compliance activities
  • Assisting in the preparation of responses to BOI inquiries and audits

    • Auditing and Monitoring :

  • Conducting regular audits to confirm compliance with BOI regulations
  • Identifying and communicating compliance risks
  • Collaborating with departments to resolve compliance issues

    • Advisory and Training :

  • Providing guidance to teams on BOI compliance matters
  • Assisting in the delivery of compliance training programs
  • Serving as a resource for BOI-related compliance inquiries

    • Coordination and Communication :

  • Coordinating with departments to meet BOI compliance requirements
  • Maintaining strong communication with BOI and regulatory bodies
  • Participating in meetings with BOI representatives as needed

    • Requirements

    The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1–3 years of experience in regulatory compliance
  • Solid understanding of PEZA , BOI , BOC , OMB , and other regulations relevant to the outsourcing industry
  • Background in accounting or finance , with working knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
