Remote Property Accounting Specialist

Job descriptionProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams). Ability to coordinate activities, meet deadlines, and work independently. Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset. Willingness to work in U.S. time zones and observe U.S. holidays. Main Computer Processor : at least i3 8th gen or i5 6th gen (quad-core) or higher Back-up Computer Processor : at least dual-core or higher Computer Memory / RAM : at least 8.00 GB (for both primary and backup computers) Computer Operating System : at least Windows 11 64-bit Primary Connection : running on a 10 Mbps wired plan (10 Mbps and up preferred) Back-up Connection : running on a 5 Mbps wired plan (5 Mbps and up preferred)
Qualifications :
- Extensive experience with Yardi and accounting processes.
- Strong knowledge of deposit accounting, reconciliations, and ledger management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proper grammar
and professional email etiquette in English.
