Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our daily operations. This role focuses on tracking activities, recruitment coordination, and marketing support. The successful candidate will work closely with management and will receive a handover from the current staff member to ensure a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with hiring processes, including tracking applicants and updating recruitment platforms such as Indeed.Monitor and update project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, spreadsheets).Support marketing activities, including creating and posting content on social media and online job platforms.Coordinate with internal teams to summarize updates, manage communication channels, and follow up on tasks.Help draft newsletters and assist with administrative documentation as needed.Conduct lead generation and outbound calling to engage prospects and generate qualified leads.Additional Information
A complete handover will be provided by the previous staff member to help you get up to speed on existing processes and tools.Requirements
