Job description :

SALES STRATEGY & EXECUTION

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet company goals.

Identify new markets and generate leads across different industries.

Create and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.

Collaborate with the marketing team to launch campaigns targeting prospective clients.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Understand client needs and tailor manpower solutions accordingly.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Conduct cold calls, client visits, presentations, and negotiations to win new business.

Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Prepare pricing structures and commercial proposals based on market standards and profitability.

Lead contract negotiations ensuring both client satisfaction and company margin targets.

• .TEAM LEADERSHIP

Lead, motivate, train, and mentor a team of Sales Account Managers / Telemarketers.

Set sales targets, track performance, and ensure KPIs are met.

Monitor the overall performance of the Sales Department.

Develop and improve sales tools and processes to enhance efficiency.

MARKET RESEARCH & COMPETITOR ANALYSIS

Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings.

REPORTING & DOCUMENTATION

Prepare regular sales reports (monthly), forecasts, and pipeline updates via Google Drive.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the sales pipeline.

OTHER FUNCTIONS

Communicate and align with other departments.

Collaborate closely with recruitment, operations, and compliance teams to ensure client expectations are met.

Report weekly and monthly KPIs to management (Managing Director and President).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in any Business-related course.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a corporate industry.

Experience in Manpower Services is an advantage.
