About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Team Leader with experience in the US Solar industry to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure high-quality customer experience.
The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of motivating a team to meet and exceed targets.
Qualifications Minimum 1 year CSR experience in any US Solar account At least 6 months Team Leader experience (BPO or Solar industry preferred) Salesforce experience is a strong plus Sales experience is an advantage Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and KPI-driven environment Can start immediately or next week Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and coaching plans Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to address performance gaps Ensure high-quality customer interactions and adherence to process standards Collaborate with operations, QA, training, and support teams to improve workflow and results Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions Drive team engagement and create a positive, motivating environment Why Join Us?
