As a Store Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing a team of associates, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will play a critical role in driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring the store runs efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead store staff to achieve daily sales and service goals
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock movement, and display standards
• Train, guide, and motivate team members to maintain store performance
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance
• Oversee cashiering procedures and ensure accurate reporting
• Coordinate with Area Managers and support teams to align with company objectives
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the store premises
