Production Planning Inventory Control

About the role

We seeking a talented Production Planning and Inventory Control Officer to join our team. This is a full-time position based in San Juan City, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production planning and inventory management processes, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective operation of our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing :

1. Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and sales forecasts

2. Manage inventory levels, ensuring the right materials and components are available at the right time to support production

3. Analyze production data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and finance, to optimize the supply chain

5. Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines

6. Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on production and inventory metrics

7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs

What we're looking for :

Relevant qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Experience : 2-5 years of experience in production planning and inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Skills : Proficient in using production planning and inventory management software, data analysis, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills

Knowledge : Understanding of lean manufacturing principles, inventory control techniques, and supply chain management best practices
