DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Compliance to the Warehouse Standard Processes and Controls

• Achieves high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, order processing, checking, dispatching, transfers, and inventory management
• Controls inventory level by leading the physical count and reconciling variances. Provides reconciliation report to OM, GM, Finance, and Warehouse Coordinator & Manager
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by complying with the security procedures and protocols
• Manages BO returns to the supplier as per agreement and schedule

QUALIFICATIONS :

graduate of any 4-year course

experience in warehousing is an advantage, but not required

with excellent leadership skills

computer literate (MS Word, Excel)

excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

open to fresh graduates
