We are hiring for a Digital Marketing Executive.
Campaign Operations
Support and lead in campaign setup and execution across owned and paid channels (email, search, display, website updates and social media e.g. Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok).Support digital asset management, ensuring content is uploaded, tagged, and published accurately and on time.Generate and update regular concise performance reports, highlighting results, identifying opportunities and areas for optimization.Coordinate with hotel teams and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign rollouts.Monitor live campaigns for accuracy and flag issues proactively.Creative Content
Support the development, adaptation, and publishing of properties and / or cluster digital content across social media, web, and email.Adapt and localise global / regional creative assets to fit property and cluster needs.Collaborate with managers to brainstorm and execute fresh content ideas that can aid with paid media optimisation.Monitor creative performance and gather insights for future improvements.We Are Looking For Someone Who
2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or related roles (internship experience considered).Possesses foundational understanding of key digital marketing concepts and platforms. Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and CMS systems preferred.Strong copywriting skills with a knack for engaging storytelling.Basic design / editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) preferred. Familiarity with short‑form video (Reels, TikTok) a plus.Enthusiasm for hospitality, travel, and lifestyle content.Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of campaign performance metrics, possess ability to interpret data into meaningful observations and / or trends.Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.If you are the right person, click the apply button now!
