We’re looking for someone who knows how to turn cold calls into warm leads, uncover the right contacts inside fast-moving U.S. trucking and fleet operations companies, and help fuel a growing sales pipeline.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on high-volume outbound outreach using Phone Burner, engage prospects with confidence and clarity, and identify qualified leads ready to speak directly with me. You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping our sales success by gathering accurate information, nurturing long-term relationships, and consistently hitting targets—while working remotely with the autonomy and flexibility you deserve.
Job Highlights :
Schedule : 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with 1-hour unpaid break
Client Timezone : Ontario, CA time

Requirements
Requirements : 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record in cold calling and lead generation Exceptional communication skills with a neutral accent, capable of building rapport quickly over the phone Demonstrated ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote work environment Proficiency in using CRM systems and eagerness to learn new sales technologies, particularly Phone Burner Strong resilience and positive attitude when facing rejection or overcoming objections Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Basic understanding of the trucking or transportation industry (preferred but not required) Comfortable with a performance-based compensation structure that rewards success High-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup
