Responsibilities :

Able to draft secretary's certificate, directors' certificate, minutes of meeting, and other related corporate documents
Able to draft general information sheet and other reportorial requirements to the SEC
Preparation of disclosures to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) and necessary disclosures to the PSE and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
Ability to conduct legal research, including SEC and PSE circulars
Administrative work related her role as specialist
